They will take the time to pay close attention to all details and will establish close relationships with the Board of Directors as well as with the residents of the community. They will deal with the day to day operations including overseeing the contractors who maintain the common areas.
Doug Shock - President
Doug Shock, is a property manager with over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial property management. Doug deals with the day to day operations of the business. He is a graduate of the University of Baltimore.
Mike is a property manager with over 25 years of business management, construction and commercial property experience. He is also storm water pond maintenance certified. Mike is a graduate of Eastern Nazarene College. He has been with Conway Management for over 12 years.
“Angel” is a property manager with over 20 years of commercial and residential experience. She is also storm water maintenance certified. Angel is a graduate of Towson University.
Terry joins our team as an assistant property manager with over 25 years of experience in banking and real estate. She assists the managers with the day to day operations of each property with exceptional knowledge in finances, budgets, management reports and property related issues.
Marilee is a project manager who assists with the day to day operations of each property to include architectural requests, maintaining database for HomeWise documents, violations and community pools. She has been with Conway Management for over 10 years and is a graduate of James Madison University.
All property managers must keep abreast of new trends and the economy to meet related problems that may arise. We deal with the most important aspects of individuals’ lives - their home and their work. There is no room for compromise, and we owe it to the tenants, owners, investors, and others to give them what they expect. Therefore, we must have equipped ourselves with the expertise to get the job done.
